F2 is a coming-of-age private equity firm focused on debt investment strategies. 

Our platform concentrates on originating senior bridge loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity investments, and the financing of performing and non-performing loans in primary markets across the United States. Our basis-driven organization is fueled by direct relationships with world-renowned sponsors and the capital markets community. F2 outperforms industry standards when it comes to rapid deal execution, flexibility, reliability, and bespoke structure. F2 leverages third-party relationships at best-in-class organizations to certify the most sophisticated due diligence process and fluid deal executions.


Since our launch in June 2021, F2 has closed fifteen deals in three different states. Our balance sheet has maintained a zero percent default rate since inception. 


In January 2022, F2 formed a joint venture with Concord Companies, a nationally recognized real estate private equity firm that has an aggregate portfolio value in excess of $1.5B, comprised of over 90 vertically integrated employees.

Our pitch to investors is the mere fact that F2 is in its infancy. Our team has the know-how and experience of industry veterans, but the entity itself is young. We're always a phone call or text message away, and your dollar has a tracking device on it.

Strategic Partnership With
Concord Companies

Concord is a Real Estate Private Equity firm founded in 2003. Since Inception, Concord has acquired over $1.25 Billion of real estate including over 500,000 square feet of commercial space and over 5,000 residential units throughout the United States. Concord currently houses an employee base in excess of 90 people, vertically integrated across acquisitions, development, capital markets, construction, and leasing.

In March 2022, F2 formed a partnership with Concord, aimed at immediately scaling the operation by leveraging Concord’s executive leadership, balance sheet, human capital, relationships, and recourses. Within 120 days, F2 closed seven deals in two different states via four different structures.

F2’s portfolio is asset managed and serviced in-house by our finance team.
